Abbey Winery Pannonhalma

The vineyard, which covers 50 hectares, consists of two-thirds white grapes and one-third black grapes for processing. The technology, based on the variety structure and gravity material movement, is capable of producing about 350,000 bottles of quality wine annually. The winery, as an open display cellar, offers the opportunity for interested visitors to get an insight into winemaking processes and to discover the wines through guided tastings. In the historical cellar system of the Pannonhalma Abbey Museum located in the city center, an interactive viticulture-winemaking exhibition awaits guests, while a tasting terrace offering a magnificent panorama view to the abbey welcomes visitors from spring to autumn.
