The family winery, nestled in Hungary’s Mediterranean wine region of Villány, boasts nearly a quarter-century of history. As a first-generation winemaker, Béla Jekl, the family patriarch, began with viticulture and winemaking. Over time, other family members joined in operating the winery. The wines come from the region’s most esteemed vineyards, including Jammertál, Ördögárok, and the slopes of Feketehegy, spanning a total of 10 hectares.
