The Hernyák family has been cultivating their estate on Etyek’s Öreghegy for 30 years. In recent years, alongside producing still wines and aged spirits, they have increasingly focused on reviving the region’s traditions and creating the new Etyeki Sparkling Wine. Tamás Hernyák has worked as an intern in Champagne several times,
bringing the knowledge gained there back to his family estate. Today, Etyeki Sparkling Wine accounts for 90% of their offerings.
