On our small, one-hectare estate, we cultivate Olaszrizling, Hárslevelű, Tramini, Furmint, and Sárgamuskotály, crafting our spontaneously fermented, barrel-aged wines. There are no revolutionary innovations hidden in our winemaking secrets. Upholding family traditions, we tend to our vines with meticulous care and the highest standards, producing our wines in exceptionally clean conditions. My philosophy is to avoid interfering with the wine’s development while ensuring the right conditions. I allow and facilitate the wine’s natural evolution.
